Date: January 9, 2013 Frazzled Jackson residents along Flat Creek may be left to their own devices this winter if the creek overflows. Mayor Mark Barron said the town won’t use heavy machinery to remove frazil ice from the creek because private property owners don’t want to give the town permission to cross their land. Six rinks around the valley and in Alta — five outdoor and one indoor — provide ample opportunities to slap around the puck, practice your spins or just glide serenely along with your sweetie.
